Did you pay joining fee after it was billed and statement generated or you paid without statement generation?

I paid the joining fee before the statement was generated. My first statement date is January 18th, which seemed like a long time to wait for the first bill. So, I paid it earlier to receive my joining benefits sooner.

Activated my card on 27th and have done couple of transactions and still no joining fee. Can you tell how to pay before.

Has your joining fee not been charged yet? Your current statement should show an amount of ₹23,600. Please check. Once the joining fee is charged, pay the exact amount the next day to settle the joining fee. After that, within 45 days, you can claim your joining benefits at any time.

It’s not. Checked the statement too, the couple of transactions which I have done and paid are shown but the joining fee not charged yet.

It's not likely happening with icici bank credit card. Wait for same days.
