I received a WhatsApp message from official ICICI chat bot asking for feedback, so clicked, to my surprise, it’s not feedback about icici & it’s services. Its a survey that to non banking non financial related it’s about Media Preferences. Like do you watch tv, what channels, at what time how frequent, who’s your favourite social media influencers, what ott platforms you use, what content you see, in what languages you see, via what medium(like ott on mobile, ott via Tv or cable via tv). Top 3 news papers tv channels you tube channels influencers & list goes on & on. They’re very thorough with questions, even questions why do you social media platforms, what medium of news you prefer like Apps Website conventional tv or YouTube channels social media etc.
They also asked Preferred timings of each activity.
I think Icici is planning to do major advertisements, the point they asked about favourite social media influencers makes me wonder something big is coming from ICICI
