ICICI Coral Rupay Credit Card

Hi,

Has anyone from the community got the ICICI Coral Rupay credit card??

I do have ICICI Expressions card is there any chances of changing this card to Coral Rupay variant.

my brother got the same few days ago.. I don't know about changing, but they are issuing Rupay Coral cards. I applied through the icici local branch.

While requesting them for upgrade to Coral via customer care, ask them to consider Rupay card only.

I have called them but they are denying, they are telling we cannot upgrade or change the existing cards. Is there any other way to get the cards?

I have coral visa card ltf. I request for coral rupay card through icici customer care. They upgrade coral rupay card but not ltf. So I not change my card.

Tried doing on social media and no use. Some one called from the support team and they are telling that changing is not possible.

I applied online and some agent called me. Agents are as usual clueless but based on salary and MNC I work with, they said you are eligible for Coral Rupay LTF. So got one. They shipped it via Speed Post, I was not at home at the time of delivery. Speed Post returned it and delivered it somewhere in Bangaluru when I am in Punjab. Raised concern and ICICI sent me new card with new number

Even this didn't work. Got a mail from them saying that they can't change the variant of the card.

I have coral visa so i have messaged to change visa to coral on twitter next day they called & mailed me it is under process after that card changed delivered

Just messageor tweet them in twitter they will contact you

This twitter concept worked. Called customer care for around 4-5 times but didn’t worked.

Same. But sad part is they hit CIBIL.

For mc or Visa to rupay no bank check cibil it’s weird
