Yes

No IP is required.

Just ask your branch to convert your account to F360 and add family members to it. Will require KYC docs again.

Family member account is created . For family banking request , can i use imobile ( request family banking option) or visit branch ?
Post family banking , family debit for primary card holder will be send automatically or have to request separately ?

No idea. I didn't opt for family debit card. I only have debit card individually from each account. Titanium variant.

I am facing the same issue, i got my account upgraded to Family 360 salary and when i tried to get my mother's account added to family banking, they rejected the SR saying 1 primary member status code is salary not eligible for privilege family banking, 2. for privilege family banking any member should have privilege status code required

But seems incorrect , can someone help here?

1st do write to customercare@icicibank.com & add the BM there. --> wait for their reply
Have a proof of docs & mail --> send mail back with all proofs

Now if you won't get the satisfaction till 1 month --> raise complaint with RBI stating violation of customer norms (as ICICI diff on paper & diff on ground).

You will get 110% call very next working day. --> make sure to record that conversation too.

under what category you raised the request? i cant get saving account as type and not even upgrade issues in RBI portal
