How do I add my mothers' account to mine under family banking? I contacted her branch but they are trying to get me to open a brand new wealth account for her instead of linking her existing account to my Wealth account 😒

Hey guys,

When I try to add a family member through iMobile, I get a technical error at the end. It just says please try after some time. Tried a couple of times already.

Anyone else get this error? Is there a way to do this via their desktop site instead of mobile app? Couldn't find the option...

I remember it's mobile only option. You can enroll family member in app only if you have wealth account.

For Family 360, you need to visit branch only.

Oh. I have private banking, so I am trying to create a private banking group for my family. I am traveling so can't visit the branch. Thanks, though.

Try once by calling the worthless relationship manager or RM if goes through..
