How do I add my mothers' account to mine under family banking? I contacted her branch but they are trying to get me to open a brand new wealth account for her instead of linking her existing account to my Wealth account 😒

Bro we cannot see Family ID.

You can check the comments on SR.😑😑

For me SR Status changed to Closed and in comments they have clearly mentioned Family ID created on 6 Jun.😁😁

You can check on Internet Banking & iMobile.

If you are having any difficulty then call Customer Care... At least this much they can do!!😆😆

customer care guys dont have info about family bank they suggest to contact branch and my branch is pathetic.

I checked in iMobile i cant see comments anywhere for SRs

First connect with your RM and give him SR for immediate processing.😤😤

If he not able to help then Escalate it. Write an mail for escalation!!😑😑

Whether within 3 days normal savings account will be converted in to wealth management account if primary Holder is having wealth management
