Icici fd card

I have heard that we can get icici fd card with 10k fd offline.
I am not able to get icici card from last 2 years and everytime 6 months I get Amazon icici pre-approved offer but it gets rejected from icici side.
I know icici cards are not worth but I am unable to get any offers from icici like pre-approved personal loan,or any other kind of loan.
I am not getting any benefit of keeping icici account as no offer from them.
So maybe opening fd card may trigger any offers.
