ICICI IMOBILEPAY Application Issue

Am trying to register in Icici iMobilePay application but getting this error.
Sms is been sent but still getting this error. Went through Yt videos still wasn't able to figure it out.

I don't have any relationship with ICICI prior this.
Can anyone help with this.

I ordered honor mobile for my friend from my Amazon account 4 or 5 years ago. Still now he is using that phone. I think these days honor phones are not available in India. So time has come to upgrade your device

Whats your device. I mobile has issues with honor(Huawei device)

Using Huawei P20 lite since 2019. Had similar issues initially but then worked fine. As far as I remember, sms failed while in roaming but worked ok at base city. And had to disable wifi and also disable second SIM before sending sms.
But had similar issue with Axis Mobile recently.
Dont want to change phone as its sub 6 inch display is perfect size to keep in the shirt pocket and could not find a new phone with similar form factor other than iphone.
