ICICI Ishop portal - Avoid !!

I purchased Ajio GV worth 20K, transaction went through, amount has been charged on ICICI Emeralde Metal card, but GV still shows processing. Its been 7 days and everytime i call their CC they say it has been escalated and I will received reply in 48 hours, but nothing happens.
CC email is useless as no one responds.

Now, 20K is showing up as pending on my statement and i am stuck. No vouchers but money is gone, and if I dont pay, it will go as outstanding and impact CIBIL.

Any suggestions to resolve this ?

My input would be to stick with HDFC Infinia if you have it !! They treat you better.

Similar thing happened with for Steam Voucher. For me I'd done 2 transactions 1000rs each. First one shows failed on the portal so I assume it will get refunded the second one is still processing, they replied with same thing as it as been escalated. I am thinking of contacting ICICI bank and disputing the transaction.
However, all the other vouchers i got like swiggy/zepto/bigbasket/amazon were successful even after this steam vouchers.

They told me to wait for 72 hours and that request has already been escalated. Anyways I'll wait and the other voucher was failed so ig i'll get a refund next week or something, they mentioned 7-10 working days

Hdfc is leagues ahead in this regard, no?

Their premium cc customer care is very informed and helpful.

Yeah but this is not an error. They are just out of vouchers. Happens with other vouchers also

Actually, it kind of is an error because it doesn't show that when I click on Steam Wallet option. It pops up when I press refresh. Gyftr is kinda buggy too.

Anyway, competition is good. This will force both HDFC and ICICI to up their game so I am all for it!

Update ! Finally they sent me Ajio vouchers worth 20k after almost 10 days. Even when i asked them to cancel the order on 7th day through email and over call, they still went ahead and sent the vouchers. It seems once you order, you are completely at mercy of ICICI to process in their own sweet time, and dont expect to get money back.
