ICICI not reporting to CIBIL

Manoj Pant

TF Premier
I have 3 ICICI credit cards - 2 Core and 1 Amazon. As everyone knows that ICICI report to CIBIL on bill generation date, but my CIBIL report still showing 28 may 2023 as Date reported and Certified for both ICICI accounts. My last bill generated on 28 June 2023 ,which is not reported to CIBIL yet , means ICICI not reported to CIBIL in last month. Is anyone facing this issue? What to do in this situation?

I started my CC journey in Dec 2022 with my first Apay ICICI which I got without submitting any income docs with a limit of 50k. My CIBIL score was NH then. I work in a PSU with 1L+ salary. After a month I got IndusInd Legend CC with a limit of 65k (with cibil hit and no income docs asked).

However both banks have not been reporting these CCs to CIBIL. I was initially told that it would take time to build up the score and with that premise I continued using both cards. I tried applying for other basic cards such as AU SWIPEUP, SBI Cashback, Axis Ace etc but got only rejections inspite of having decent income. I didn't realize the cibil enquies kept increasing gradually.

Issue is after using these cards regularly for 1.5+ yrs, even today my CIBIL score is NH. I wanted to raise a complaint with RBI ombudsman failure of banks to report my CC info to Cibil. Can anyone suggest the best way forward so that I can atleast update my CIBIL profile with current income and details of existing CCs?
I got the premium subscription of CIBIL recently and saw that all income fields are blank.

@SSV tagging for suggestions

I had secured an ICICI Coral HPCL card back in Jun '24 and had used it Jun mid-Oct 1st week (except aug) and this account had not been reported to CIBIL till Nov end.

I thought it might have been due to intermittency in usage and wanted to give another try. So I'd made a transaction in Nov end.for which bill was generated in mid Dec.

I checked my CIBIL report today and it still hasn't been reported. However there exists an enquiry that I'd made back in Jun. Can someone help me with this? I have 5L limit on this card hence it'll be helpful to bring down my CUR, if reported.

Note: I use this card rarely nowadays

Edit:
This account is reported to Experian, issue is with CIBIL alone

My LTF (floater) Coral rupay CC not yet reported even after one year. I don't know whether this is normal or not.
By now realised that tracking cibil reporting by Axis and ICICI is total waste.

if you spend 100 and pay 100 before statement again it will not be billed if you spend 10 and is billed in statement will be reported
Yeah, I'd tried the same last month.

I.e. Got a bill generated during the mid of dec. which was to be paid in 1st week of Jan, still it hasn't reflected in Jan report.

They updated early December one, mid December not yet updated for me it was last reported in November.

As of today 60 days is safe bet for more Banks and NBFCs although rules have changed banks are still on slower side.
