ICICI Rubyx AMEX card not working on Pine Labs / IDFC terminal

I recently noticed that my Rubyx AMEX card isn’t working on Pine Labs terminals or IDFC terminals. However, I’m certain the card worked at these specific shops on these exact terminals in the past.

I called customer care, but they said they couldn’t find any declined or failed transactions and that everything looks fine on their end. According to them, the card should work, and I should try again tomorrow. (A typical, unhelpful response, as expected from customer care.)

I’ve double-checked that all transactions are enabled in my iMobile app and that the limit is set to the maximum.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

It sounds like the POS isn't enabled for Amex cards and most importantly the merchant either don't accept Amex or doesn't know how to change configuration to accept Amex cards/

It used to work earlier on same machines at same shops. Might be a coincidence that both of them got AMEX disabled on their POS.
