ICICI Rubyx/Sapphiro International Lounge Access

It seems that while domestic lounge access on these cards has a Spend condition of Rs35,000 in previous quarter, International Lounge Access via Dreamfolks doesn't have the same condition.
Is my understanding correct? Has someone availed the international access without meeting the spend criteria?

Domestic Lounge 5K Spend is required for the International Login DF Site and check the access.

I have a SCB smart card with Annual fee of 499 + GST. Renewal due in April 2025. Called for cancellation, retention department called back stating they would reverse the charge once its levied. Asked them to send email, they told they cannot, but Customer care can do it,.

Now customer care refuses to honor commitment given over recorded call. Has anyone had same experience with SCB. For a so called "MNC" bank it looks to me a SCAM nonetheless.

have asked for copy of recorded call earlier in mail today( Have doubts, they would provide) Will cancel this card hence.

But how can a Bank go back on their words? I always ask for such things in writing hence sent email. Someone else would have got scammed after the retention department's verbal confirmation.

Escalate to their grievance cell.
