Apay ke sath aur ek card hona chaiye i guess tabhi ye offer de rahe mostly. Not sure though.

I have only Apay,no offer for me as well.

Even IDFC uses delhivery sometimes them delhivery returns the card to bank then IDFC redispatches via bluedart🤣
