ICICI Sapphiro - Applied Online Rejected

I had applied for a ICICI Sapphiro Card online from the website and I dont know why my application was rejected. Quite funny as I meet all criterias.
I said my concern to the PNO, they couldnt trace my application even though they had checked my cibil!. A bad hit on my cibil! If they cuoldnt trace my applictaion, why was my CIBIL hit!

They are checking it our since last 7 days, they dont know what to do !

Did you tried to finding using mobile no. N pan no.? On icici website

Nope card they are not giving. what can be done?

I hold HDFC Infinia, biz black with 11lakhs limit, SCB Ultimate with 10 lakhs limit and Axis select

since axis select is no more of any use, want a new card

Used Burgundy Debit, but now that also has some limitaions, bms - axis select offer gone, regalia visa signature also gone when upgrade
