Got my Wealth kit yesterday and I set the ATM pin using the IVR. For some reason they did not had my number updated so I asked them to do so. They said to delete and reinstall the app and the option of debit card details will show up instead of the Apay. Then have mailed the process to link the Apay to the WM account.Guys, i opened the wealth account on monday with 1L cheque. I have below doubts could some please answer
1. When will we get the personalized welcome kit
2. How can we link the account to imobile app, i already have APAY card. RM says wait for debit card
3. How can we transfer the money before getting the debit card as the fund transfer is asking for debit card grid

Yes both places its asking for DC pin and expiryIs this ICICI UPI you are talking about??
Have you tried third party UPI apps??
I was able to login to netbanking but unable to o transfer as its asking for security grid numbers behind the DCBut what you can do is try using the account number and phone number on the Get user ID page. See if it moves. For me as i said my number wasn’t registered so it did nothing but you can try.

If you can see all the DC details, When you are adding UPI account in third party UPI app( like Phonepe), it should ask only card last six digits and PIN ( not grid values, not sure though)..I can see but unable to activate online transactions and grid is not visible
Tried that, it say unable to add account. I think ICICI has disabled everything until we get the DC. ThanksICICI takes around a week to update the systems to reflect your updated WM status. Till then, these systems keep erroring out.
In my case, the first seven days, my net banking worked few days and didn't the other. On the 8th day, I received a message that the welcome kit was dispatched. Has been a smooth sailing since then. Everything works as expected.
Never tried to transfer/withdraw the funds though
I will wait till i get the welcome kit. ThanksICICI takes time to link the new account with old account and user id. It is not suggested to transact or do anything until you get the welcome kit. I was also facing several issues. All of them got resolved once I received my welcome kit.
Now the old account is also mereged in the wealth management account. It took around a month for all this to happen.
My RM suggested me to wait a little longer for requesting wealth dc on my old account and other stuffs.
