What's the MAB you guys maintaining in your Wealth management account.

And what's would be the ideal mab to prevent it from getting downgraded.
Or any tips to avoid getting the account downgraded without maintaining mab.

Email at wealthmanagement@icicibank.com and ask for welcome kit for your upgraded account. I received my welcome kit couple of days ago for my upgraded account. It had chequebook, welcome letter, deposit slip and leather pouch. You can apply wealth DC by calling customer care, I didn't need it as I have RuPay Plat DC which I want to keep.

Can we convert salary account to saving and then add newly converted savings account to wealth using family banking?

Yes, I just requested them for welcome kit for my upgraded account and they raised a SR and it was delivered in 5 working days.

Did you able to connect to wealth customer care on the day your account was upgraded? Branch officer is saying it has been upgraded to wealth but since it's a current account, i can't see it in thier mobile banking app.

Is your account wealth? Yes, conversion of salary account to savings should be easy, talk to wealth customer care and ask them.

Call normal customer care and ask them to transfer call to wealth customer care, they will do that but wealth customer care won't able to help you unless your account reflects their end so wait 2/3 days then try.

How much did it takes for you? I tried calling yesterday (2 days after upgradation) but i was not able to connect with them.

No but i tried to contact their wealth management cc but was failed to connect. Today is the 3rd day since upgradation of wealth account happened.

wealth number might not work for a few days.
check if your theme is updated to black..

and check if your number is mapped into account details.

after these 2 things, wm cs usuallly works.

yes.
In my case it wasn't linked as it was linked to a different user id (for existing credit card)

My salary account was upgraded to wealth 2-3 days back. I received world debit card mentioning WM but no welcome kit. online portal shows priveleged red theme, app still shows red theme and cibil is not free.

Anyone knows how long does it take to update theme to black and get perks of WM?
RM says everything has been done at his end and the code on my account has HNI
Should i email them to get welcome kit?

I recently opened WM. I came across this in the website.


ATM Interchange (Transactions at Non ICICI Bank ATMs)6 metro locations (Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Hyderabad): Rs 21 per financial transaction & Rs 8.5 per non-financial transaction, post 3 transactions (inclusive of financial and non-financial transactions).
Other than 6 metro locations: Rs 21 per financial transaction and Rs 8.5 per non-financial transaction, post 5 transactions (inclusive of financial and non-financial transactions).
Maximum of 5 transactions free in a month, across locations, with a cap of 3 transactions at 6 metro locations.

MAB is zero. It is Zero balance account as told by Wealth Management branch.

I already have Salary account with ICICI with good amount of balance, investment, credit card and daily transaction as it is my primary account.

So, we opened our entire family's Wealth account with just 1 Lakh cheque from each.

Got, Wealth management kit, with leather pouch and Box.

Online and mobile account theme changed to black. Salary account changed to Wealth salary account as confirmed by CC.

Is this still the case?

Is it possible to open a CURRENT account for my father and link it under my Wealth Family?

(we've not availed family banking yet.. only my one WM savings account is there)

Its more of a reality than irony. Normal citizens are Low hanging fruit. IT like any other givt department will be full of incompetence no matter what when and how. 1 Vijay malya se jada badhiya h 100000 imandar logo p najar rakho Vijay ka to wse bi kch na ukhad payege.
