What's the MAB you guys maintaining in your Wealth management account.

And what's would be the ideal mab to prevent it from getting downgraded.
Or any tips to avoid getting the account downgraded without maintaining mab.

Holding Wealth account for 3 more years, I was told MAB is 1L and I have been rigorously been keeping 1L in the account, hardly any transaction. I am asking CC to downgrade me to a lower MAB account without any charges.

Why downgrade ?? Wealth account required zero mab. You can check yourself by netbanking

Check in mobile app or netbanking, it will show required MAB.

WM RM visited my residence to open the account. Insta Welath Kit was presented to me. I said I will do initial funding via UPI so didn't give him cheque. He explained the things inside the KIT and left. The insta kit had the netbanking User ID and password, Pay-in-slip cum cheque book, welcome letter, WM brochure book.

When you can check yourself, why you need confirmation from customer care?

I was running a mail with them for my CC cancellation - thought to clarify this as well and change it. Online too, it shows 1L.

Try talking to your BM before you request to close. Ask them if they can upgrade to "wealth management" account. You can promise them that you'll keep 1L+ amount for 2-3 months atleast.
Otherwise tell them that you'd immediately shift your account and business away.

It's QTR end, pretty sure they would not like losing a customer.
If nothing else, I suppose they would offer you a new wealth management account then and there, if you're interested

I think you got wealth theme based on the Credit Card limits. As I have seen ICICI giving me Privilege banking theme based on my Credit Card limit.

You can enquire product code of your account. With that we can easily find if wealth or not.
