IDFC Account Digitally Opened - Total Freeze

Hey guys, I recently opened an IDFC First bank savings account, I already have an IDFC Credit card.

The account shows Total Freeze, and the Kit has been dispatched to my communication address.

Any Idea how to unfreeze the account?

Sayad online communities pr ya fir kisi discussions mei inke cases jada dekhne ko na mile but in real ground experience is totally different.
As far as i seen in there branches
They have many issues.
Like they are promoting 28 banking charges are free . But in reality logo ko charges lag rahe hai jitna maine dekha ..☠️💀

Shocking, customer executive bhi theek nahi laga mujhe sab customer support acha bata raha tha😂

WoW charges bhi lag rahe hai, next Axis banne ki tayari toh nahi kar raha ye😂

Branch bhi kuch khaas nahi tha, employees toh baat hi choro, knowledgeable and skilful bikul nahi...pura unprofessional even customer attend karne ka koi provision nahi 😂

Its like cheque bounce or emi bounce .
I am not clear but some what it is

I got it initially what you're trying to say

They have mentioned on soc that if amb is not maintained then such charges will be imposed

As per my knowledge, cheque bounce/dishonour doesn't cost anything in IDFC. Charges is not applicable for this.

Or they are charging senior citizens thinking they wouldn't be able to find these things?

I Don't know exactly but maine charges ka suna tha wo bhi kuch isi trah ka hi tha ..
Account maintenance ka nahi tha fore sure kiuk unke account pr 4lacs + amount para tha..

FF/0 mab vaalo ke liye bilkul free hai

10/25k vaalo ke liye mab rkhna pdega for free services
