IDFC Account Digitally Opened - Total Freeze

Hey guys, I recently opened an IDFC First bank savings account, I already have an IDFC Credit card.

The account shows Total Freeze, and the Kit has been dispatched to my communication address.

Any Idea how to unfreeze the account?

Yeah you don't even believe.
Jab main branch gaya tha to muje thora wait karne ko bola to main baith ke as pas ke kuch logo ka pata chala unka bhi same account Frozen issue tha .
Or unka to normal savings hi tha ...
Matlab mere sath or 5-6 log to the hi same day pr same issue lekar ...
To baki ka aap khud andaja lagalo ki idfc kya kar raha hai 🤣

I m not using it for any upi 😂

I did neft ,imps from hdfc to idfc & idfc to hdfc

& Dc transaction worth 2-3 lakh on Park + .

Not using idfc now 💀 will just let it be .
Its zero balance hence i will just avoid it after 2nd month

Unka bhi account closed karake hi mana?😑

Ye bank band kar dena chahiye aukaad nahi lag raha inka tabhi UPI limit bhi 25k set kar rakha hai😂

Unka to nahi bata sakta ...
May be they unblock there account on the basis of home verification.
Mera address branch location se bohot dur hai to sidhi si baat hai wo log nahi ayege verify karne isiliye closure is the only way dor me. 💀☠️

LJab correspondence address diya hai, welcome kit delivery huwa with ID ussi address pe toh kya laga rakha hai unfreeze karne ka natak pata nahi😂

I m not using it for any upi 😂

I did neft ,imps from hdfc to idfc & idfc to hdfc

Sayad online communities pr ya fir kisi discussions mei inke cases jada dekhne ko na mile but in real ground experience is totally different.
As far as i seen in there branches
They have many issues.
Like they are promoting 28 banking charges are free . But in reality logo ko charges lag rahe hai jitna maine dekha ..☠️💀
