I applied for wealth 7 months ago and was turned down. This month I tried to apply, but the application wasn't processing due to old application id (ongoing 8month). After sending emails back and forth to PNO, I was finally able to move forward with my application after 10 days.
I tried applying online using my Ultimate credit card today and was instead presented with the WOW credit card when I had expected to see SELECT or WEALTH. I sincerely don't comprehend how their algorithm operates. Is there a way to contact support to request a different card option, or should I just accept the situation as it is?
