Have a question , which I am unable to find the answer to on this forum.

Anyone having multiple IDFC credit cards?
If I add the IDFC digital rupay credit card ti my existing IDFC first classic CC, will I get two separate bills? Or will it be combined in 1 bill, like icici does with it's gemstone program?

Seprate bills ..
Don't u see bill generation date for both card !

Call idfc customer care they are available 24*7

No Doc, I have not yet applied for idfc rupay.
Wanted to clarify the same before applying...
Have tried to speak to idfc Customer care... but contacting their Customer care is a big hassle. Only round round they make you go inside their IVR. Time waste

Both cards have separate bill and new account will be added in CIBIL.

Hello Everyone.
Need help regarding remarks by IDFC on CIBIL. I noticed there were 2 consumer loans reflecting from IDFC on my CIBIL, one was related to Flipkart pay later and other was Ola Postpaid, now I asked IDFC to close both of them which they did without any issues but they have mentioned "Suit filed/Willful Default/Settled" in CIBIL report, attaching screenshots for reference.
Is this normal or should I complain as I never used those facility and how can they mention Willful Default.

Anyone please help. TIA.

Is the status "No suit Filed" status in Cibil anything to be concerned about? This website https://www.cibil.com/nonsuitfiledcases/ shows non suit filed cases as "NON-SUIT FILED CASES (Wilful Defaulters Rs 25 lacs and above) (Defaulters Rs 1 crore and above)". But I have never missed any...

Seems some BNPL service that you have taken uses IDFC as backend.
