wef 1st October, reward redemption charges of 99 rupees + taxes will be levied.

does this also apply to 'pay with points ', or only if points are redeemed against vouchers?

i usually check with the bank directly, but then this happened today that made me lose trust in what their team conveys to me: https://www.technofino.in/community...it-card-request-gets-rejected.2256/post-42733

i was not sure whether pay-with-points is treated as 'redemption' because we are not redeeming it it to statement cash directly.

Yes but pay-with-points also is a type of redemption so it applies for that as well..may be you can wait for other TF members to comment on the same.
