Yeah you can ask your RM to upgrade your account to Wealth. He'll tell you about the procedure. Just keep 10L in your account until upgradation is successfully completed. After that, you can take out money.

Anyone received rewards points for txns?
Is the reward programme only for those who are enrolled in a specific IDFC banking tier, like Private, Wealth, Select etc., or is it meant for account holders holding a specific debit card, e.g. Signature? Would one need to be within one of these tiers to earn points. I ask because I got a mail announcing the rewards programme, but I just have a regular account, and never signed up for any particular tier.
Surprisingly More Rps for basic variant cards and less rps for higher variants

Looks like regular benefits more above 30k spend. Looks crazy. Luckily I have regular. Let me test both first tap and platinum cards.

When I was asking them about Firstap, they were like First-step? First-cap? and what not. Specially IDFC customer care guys are the worst.
PayZapp might be wallet load and may not give any cashback. Do you have regular card?

Customer care yesterday told me that rewards program is not yet live even though i have got rewards points in my account. Haha useless customer care.

We are getting 10x on all online spends it is not specific to participating brands.

Points for transactions is getting credited next day. While first spend bonus is still not credited. Cc told 30 days for first txn bonus.
