Since it works with Paytm, we can do large transactions without the 20k limit of MobiKwik. Also Paytm is more reliable with less chance of failure.

I paid cc bill on Paytm on 15th but still did not receive anything. Did not get for cc bill payment on mobikwik on 16th as well 🙁

I have the regular visa classic dc. Is it only available for visa platinum and above?

I can confirm platinum gets it. Can you check another time for 150 rupees? If it does not post rewards, better to upgrade to platinum. Looks like regular account fetches more points (10x at 20k+).

Since they just enabled it few days back, better to check one more time.

I also have 0 MAB account and have to pay 199 + tax for platinum dc every year.

Ah let me get their reply first. If they say that only platinum card earns points, will request for platinum.

They also give fractional reward points, atleast for transactions greater than 150.

HDFC and SC does that and it is very good. We don’t need to worry about small transactions.

I have done a transaction of 4,90,000 for booking a car as down payment and have received the reward points on the second day but the bonus seems to be 7x instead of 10x. Very odd of them to do this any possible explanations.

Check base points also. Base point + bonus points = 10x

I have the same issue, have few transactions done on 14th and 15th. I had a call with the IDFC customer support, they said there was a technical problem in the system so transactions only from 17th July will be actually available for redemption. 🥲

I have done txn on 15 july and got points. But had paid cc bill from paytm on 18 july but didn’t got points.
