I never got the invite on mail but can login using my customer ID. I was unable to do that before. back in December it gave me same error as few above have stated - please enter a valid details

Yeah lol I had the exact same thought. Is there any capping on reward points which makes restricts it?

I just clarified everything from first reward customer care number 18005727420

Normal category spend has no limits and you'll get unlimited 0.5% on normal upto 1.5% on private on all online spends including bill payments done anywhere. For 10X category you need to spend on their website only on brands which mention 10x. For that you'll get 5% in normal upto 15% on private. So private is better than normal. But rewards can't be redeemed in cash. We can get amazon voucher.
Now someone has to test whether we'll get rewards on cheq app or wallet loading

Then what is the point of the 20k limit they have mentioned if you are supposed to only buy from their platoform for 10x? And shouldn't you receive that 10x whether you have hit the 20k limit or not?

Also, based on terms and conditions, wallet loading is excluded from the program I think. https://www.firstrewards.com/content/terms-conditions
