IDFC First Bank Launched its Debit Card Reward System

I just logged in and checked, had 4000 pts. Redeemed for 1K amazon pay voucher. I think it's the welcome bonus for select debit card. I got upgraded to select last month. There is no history of points. Will have to wait and check the points for transactions. Will update here if i get any.

I have made both online and offline purchases, have not got points for both but it's been only 1.5 months since i got the card so will have to wait and see. Dint get time to talk to CC.
I had gotten a link to First rewards from my netbanking login even before this post came up here in TF. My existing salary account was upgraded to IDFC Select account (with Select DC) sometime in Jan. To test out the First Rewards, I made a txn of ₹1100 via the Select DC around 3rd Feb.. This was my only txn via my IDFC DC through the entire month. I seem to have received the Welcome offer 4k points on 28th Feb which I only noticed 3-4 days back. Was checking the portal throughout Feb for the points credit but since nothing was happening, I had eventually given up on it. Also, since the portal has a disclaimer that its still in beta mode I had pretty much concluded that I may not get any points. Anyways I did get the points at the end of the month.. a good 25 days after my actual txn.
Post this 4k points & its redemption, I have made couple of more txns around 8th of this month too. No further points credited yet.. so will wait & see.. Will update here too for the benefit of others wrt subsequent progress.

Tried this month. Need to wait & see what happens 😀 my last month txn was for a CC payment via Paytm.. so hopefully safe to assume that atleast that does get considered.
Yes, i have tried. Need to wait & see what happen, also there is no mention in IDFC rewards website when the points would be credited so its just wait and watch.

Only welcome benefits for premium savings accounts (post September when vouchers were stopped) are given.
Got the above after multiple escalations over a week.

These customer care guys are hopeless.
Talked to one and she said since this program is started from February and you received card on December, you won't get this welcome benefit 😂
However after quoting several incidents where ppl got welcome points, she registered the complaint. Let's see what they have to say now.
