Not mine but saw alot of users getting their account freezed for no reason and one of my close friend also got his account freezed and took around 4-5 days for unfreeze. But the thing is why they are freezing in first place?
My friend's Select Account also got freezed on 4th June, he was maintaining 5.21 Lakhs at that point as his RM assured him that he will get it upgraded to wealth if he keeps it for a month. He opened his account on 2nd May, did transaction worth 2.5 Lakhs using Airtel BBPS. His bill was 24999 so he transacted 10 times using Select DC. He did 2 transactions per day.

His account is still freezed, 5.21 lakhs struck 😂 😂

He has complained, but they said it will take time. He used to transfer money using IMPS. His account was not freezed for excessively using UPI.
The Operation Head told him that there were multiple transactions of Rs 25000 (10 transactions) on Airtel BBPS, that's why his account was freezed.

So even a person maintaining more than 5 lakhs can't transact 2.5 lakhs using DC 😂 😂

Same amount transaction are seen as spam in the system

That's sad
Tell him to contact x team
They will do it in 1-2 day

Bm can do it in few minutes
He doesn't use Twitter.
He mailed to CEO, CCEO and head.retailbanking
He got a call back on 6th, he can see a service request raised for removal of freeze in his app, but it is still freezed.

He talked to his RM, BM and Operation Head on call, they suggested him to revert back to same mail and explain your case, it will get unfreezed but will take time.

As soon as account holder confirms that the txns was made by himself only. It should get unfreezed immediately. Earlier you have told that the Operation Head told him that there were multiple transactions of Rs 25000 (10 transactions) on Airtel BBPS. But below txns are not exactly 25k.

Instead of total freeze there should be debit freeze. 🤣

The bank says we can't handle big or numerous txns at all, doesn't matter even the account is select or wealth.
It was not exactly same. His bill amount was 24999. So he couldn't make a single transaction of more than that. The transaction amount was like 24999, 24998 24990

I did transaction worth of crores in the same month of account opening. Your income also matters in this so you may just lie about your income in account opening.
