But beaware, 10L or more in single bank cc bill payment par IT notice ayega.so not worth this
But Thats not a bill..Bill is 10-20k...Im just paying extra and asking for refund so CC provider will report only the actual Billed amount as usage...Not the amount im erroneously (🤣) paying as bill

Say i have 15k bill on BGD...Then if i pay 1.5 lakh ...And ask for refund of the rest of the amount i.e 1.35 lakh...Thn bank should report only 15k as usage / spend and not the one i paid erroneously and got refunded..

It should be like this but it is not like this. Believe me they will report the entire bill amount paid by you. Atleast hdfc reported the entire amount in my AIS this year.

Max I can redeem 1667 points while buying GV, difference amount has to paid by money
Is there is way to bypass this? OR turn around trick to redeem?
I think it's not worth paying 83+117(redemption Fee) for 500 worth GV.

If that was true then I would have done crores of cc bill pay. I heard that more than 10L payments a year gets reported doesn't matter if u have spent on that cc or not.

Hey guys, What are the best redemption options available for IDFC DC reward points?

In the First Rewards Website, https://www.firstrewards.com/user/earn, this clause is mentioned in the Note section.

4) A redemption handling fee of ₹99+ service tax will be charged on every redemption within next 60 days (w.e.f. 1st November 2023)

What does the "within next 60 days" imply? Please share your experience.
