Got points credited for July 21st transaction today. July 28th transaction points still pending.

IDFC seriously needs to upgrade its point system, its too slow

Same credit with points directly being credited as 10X so for 1000 you get 100

Points for transaction made on 2nd August was not credited after 14 working days. So i just dmed them on twitter for manual credit. They did that in just 2 days.

They have credited me points for smaller transactions, while I am still waiting for 48K points for one large transaction which I did. Looks like will need to complain and only then these lazy guys will work

Go through the entire transaction history. They usually add points for a older date also. I am also facing this.
Check for the dates on which you have missed points in the last month.

No, after the upgrade you can take your funds out. Only have to maintain the base account MAB.
