You'll receive points on both the debit cards.
I had opened a new account in the select program on 19th Aug and I already have a basic 25k variant account. I have received the welcome kit from Select but it is showing a normal account in the mobile banking app And reward points are also being received as per normal savings account and the customer care people are saying that normal account has been opened ... then visit the branch and they told me that it is a select account ..... I don't know what to do now ...welcome reward points have also been credited as per normal account...

Does anyone know how the status will be updated in the customer ID?

Don't make any transactions until your select program is updated in their banking records.

Speak with your RM. He/She should be able to confirm on your banking program.

They will be...They do refresh them when they go out of stock...But only worry is--They took out 10k and 5k amazon pay vouchers, never to bring them back again...so if i can be contradicting myself, they can do that to 1000's as well..lets hope they dnt though...
Earlier they used to show out of stock while selecting Rs 1000 voucher.

But now that option is not availabe
Only 250 and 500 radio button is there.

Maybe they're recovering some of the expenses as now SELECT users will have to pay REDEMPTION fees thrice instead of twice ...

Hi all,
I had upgraded to Wealth from 22nd August 2024. I got points only for 30th august transaction. Rest i have another spent approx 3Lakhs more in August (cc bills) for which I haven't received the points yet.
I had raised the request with them for Manual credit of points on 17th sept. They said it will take 3 working days.
Today, its 5th day but no point credited yet and ticket is still showing open.

1. Based on your past experience, can you please tell how many days will it take for manual credit of points from the day of raising ticket?
2. Do i need to call them again tomorrow to ask about the delay- i.e as an follow up call for not crediting points yet.?

Please help🙏🏼
