Their algorithm is only good for freezing A/c, not for crediting points, automatically. Time and again, it gets ... Up. 🙂

Yeah, they take about a month to credit the points. Either way, a profitable trade.

I have multiple wealth accounts under a family group and one account out of them is not getting points which was opened recently. Don't want to loose on all accounts so can you please explain in details so I can also get them manually credited without any overall issues.

Call their normal IVR and ask them to connect you to Debit Card rewards team. Once you're connected, you can explain them your concern and they'll fix it.

I am not maintaining balance.
RM assign hone ke baad call aaya. Mene bola ha mei add karta hu 2-3 din mei balance🤭.
Uske 3 week baad wapas 2 baar call aaya, mene utaya nahi
