Amazon gift cards and shopping vouchers are now showing on the redemption page. but amazon gift cards Rs 250 and 500 both are out of stock. and shopping vouchers available but only Rs 250 and 500 denomination.

Great it means they will restock. Now even ASVs are ~100 in quantity , seems every one is redeeming madly. FK is completely gone.

There is no error, I am getting the slider as below which shows that max 2000 points can be redeemed. I have 10k points in my account

IDFC points can be redeemed only 14 days after crediting. This is apart from the 14 days time period for crediting points. The First Rewards portal shows two things "Available Balance" and "Redeemable Balance".

My available balance is 20k and Redeemable Balance is 16k. I am very well able to redeem 10k points for Rs 500 * 5 Amazon vouchers.
