Update : Talked to my RM, kept abt 5L in savings and 14L in FD and called my RM. I asked her the procedure to close the account. She was shocked, asked me why? I said I have priviliged banking with ICICI, my friend has wealth banking with idfc, and I have kept more money in idfc and far less in icici yet idfc didn't gave me anything. She insisted in investment, I said no, she said don't close the acc and she raised the request for wealth right away and I got the sms and I consented right away. She said max in one week I will get an update and wealth conversion should be right away.

Idk if what she said is right or she is making fool of me but anyways, that's the update.

Check service request section. There will be SR created for program upgrade.

yes there is. But what does that imply anyways, it's not as if I am approved for the program, she just raised the request, IDFC can simply deny it no if they want?
Congrats!

They have the right, but most likely you will get enrolled.

They won't check whether the eligibility is strictly met or not. 🤭

Just got an email that my service req. has been approved for first wealth program. It however gives a link to click here, when I do click it takes me to salesforce link and then redirects me to hotmail/outlook 365 email. Idk what's going on.
