IDFC First Bank Launched its Debit Card Reward System

So I got First Wealth account like about an year ago and rx debit card with the same. I also got the 8k reward points associated with the debit card.
I recently applied for rupay firsttap debit card and did a tx of > 1000. I was expecting 8k reward points to be credited again, but the customer care denied saying the offer is already availed with primary wealth debit card.
PS: I got the card on 2nd March, did tx on 4th March of CC bill payment for Amex.
Any insights on this? And any links which I can state for the same?

Wait till next month, you'll get.. not ally takes around 15-20 working days, even for welcome bonus.. did mine on 25/2, recieved bonus yesterday..

They are not entitled to give u welcome rewards for the second time. Its a glitch in their system so please don't call them for these welcome reward points even if you dont get them. You will not get any points even after complaining but they might patch this glitch for others.

IDFC offers welcome benefit of 2000 RP on 1st transaction, on First Tap, above 1000. See on the app itself.
Since their welcome bonus is tier based, depending on classic/select/private/wealth, getting that much point maybe a glitch.
Recieving 2k is not glitch. More than that, maybe...

Recieved for transaction done on 18/02, today on 23rd working day.
No complaints raised. Automatically added.
IDFC never reverts reward points even if your transaction gets reversed.

As of now yes. But the way AXIS have exemplified reversing RP for cancelled transactions, it is just a matter of time, till other Banks decide to follow Axis' lead

You will get the rewards. I have done recently and got it
Yes, on canara sethu using wealth debit card.
First of all dnt complaint to customer care, you will get welcome rewards automatically.
Some users received after 1 month or 2 months. some users also received welcome rewards on 2nd or 3rd transaction but if you wait, you will receive welcome rewards on your 1st transaction too.
