Paid CC bills yesterday through Freecharge and received the points today itself. Anyways one has to wait 14 days before further escalation.
Just Learned that MCC you can also Ask transaction monitoring team, the confirmation call which comes after a BIG transaction.
Skip the IVR by not responding to it and Executive will pick the call, ask him the MCC before confirming tx. @VISHESH_BANSAL@jack333

Can I escalate to customer care? And while paying I am not getting this Merchant name Freecharge Payment Tecgurgaon 🙁 i still didn't get any reward for a transaction which I did on 25th.
