Can I escalate to customer care? And while paying I am not getting this Merchant name Freecharge Payment Tecgurgaon 🙁 i still didn't get any reward for a transaction which I did on 25th.

You can try, most probably they’ll ask you to wait for 14 days. Try asking for the MCC code of the merchant, just to be sure.

If it's been more than 14 working days and still didn't get the points, call the customer care and ask them to connect with First Rewards team. Explain it to them and they will look into it.

Yes, have received rewards for transactions done on 27th Sept but no rewards for transactions after 27th Sept.

Nope. MobiKwik payments are not fetching points now. Don't do any txn via IDFC DC on MobiKwik.
