There is a weird glitch I see on app, when I click my points it gets stuck with blue c icon. Is it some kind of server issue. Did anyone experience something similar?

I plan to buy a phone worth 18k on flipkart to gift it to someone. Now I plan to use idfc points to buy fk gift card. I see we have 500 denomination and can buy 5k max with 0 redemption fee but on fk app I saw in one txn only 15 gift cards be combined. Would that mean only 7.5k worth gift card be used? Also did someone try this, hope they don't put any fee to use gift card.
Would have loved to buy from Amazon but that phone not available on Amazon.
Any hack to pay all amount via gift card?
