Please can someone confirm do we get cashback for Paytm,mobikwik or any bill payments ?

I paid 10k CC bill using paytm with idfc debit card last week. Got 133 pts in FirstRewards portal.
Have made 20k today, will update how much i got (i read we get 10x RP, so will get to know in few days)

Also, whats the best way to redeem these RP? Is it to redeem as gift voucher like amazon? cos, it was showing 250 rs voucher for 1000 points which is very less RR.

That is the only Reward rate for any product you purchase on Firstrewards. So better to buy Apay voucher with it.

I had a word with the rewards team they said within 7 working days and this doesn't include the transaction day

I got 8000 Reward points for my first transaction using IDFC Wealth debit card.. I had added money in Amazon Pay balance using debit card... second txn I paid my cc bill using Mobikwik... no any other transaction done using debit card.. 😛

Perfect. It looks like all platinum owners are getting the rewards properly. Time to switch from Classic to Platinum !

They have added 7 working days and some exceptions in the tnc’s. These are not very detailed and that leaves room for assumptions.
Also, someone earlier commented that he got points for Paytm wallet load and others have mentioned that no redemption fee was charged either. Thus, it’s anyone’s guess if they’ll credit the points or not.

In my case, I got 8k bonus points in April itself when the program was in beta testing. As for now, I have done cc payment transactions through Paytm, cred, MobiKwik and Payzapp on 21 July, so I’ll wait for 7 working days. Also, I have added money to paytm wallet. I ll update this post if and when I get points.

Reward is not credited for my classic card even after 7 days of the transaction.
