a doubt. used normal signature debit card for 3 transaction totalling 50k and then two more transactions totalling 50k on 30th june.
Got 1x points for 22nd june transactions and 10x for 30th june transactions. should i not get 10x after 20k even for the remaining amount after 20k on 22nd??

Its changed now..U get 10x only after First 50k are spent...Not 20k...That was old Criteria..Now 50k is the benchmark to get 10x..Till 50k,ul get 1x only

For welcome points, will they consider wallet transactions on Amazon Pay?
I recently opened a regular account with them and loaded Amazon wallet for 1500 rupees the same day I received the debit card (1st of July). I checked with them today to see why I have not earned 2000 welcome points on my platinum debit card, and they said it is because you did a wallet load transaction, which is excluded from earning rewards.
I told them I was asking about welcome points, and as per the debit card brochure, I should earn 2000 points on any type of transaction, but the CC executive denied it.

buy a amazon gift card of 1000rs from amazon or do a minimum 1k utility bill payment then you will get your welcome points.
I did purchase an Amazon gift card from Amazon, however, the merchant was listed as Amazon Pay India Private. Would that qualify?

No, you won't earn welcome RPs on wallet or any restricted mcc.
No worries. Made a CC payment using IDFC DC. It should qualify, hopefully. 🙂

Thanks for confirming. I've another question, I have 2 accounts, which are in the Wealth program, though under a single customer ID. The other account also has a Wealth debit card, would that also have the 8K points on 1K payment offer, or is it only once per customer ID?
