IDFC First Bank Launched its Debit Card Reward System

I had raised request for February month manual credit on 13th March. There has been no update since. And now started getting this instant credit of points. Just waiting - they have to close SR some day! Since reward system seems to have moved to new platform, doubt if automatic rewards will come for past missed transactions anymore but yes they will attend to SR some day.

For me same old rewards portal is opening.byt for my friend's, something different opened . And can anyone able to redeem any vouchers?i getting eroor message stating that internal server error cannot create order

Old portal was way better than this new messy portal. There is no proper history of reward earnings and redemptions.

Instant points credited since yesterday seem to have been reverted temporarily and new transactions are not crediting points instantly as well. Looks like IDFC has planned entire production testing with all customers directly itself 😂

New portal is available at IDFC app currently. Website isn't available. Old portal is accessible through firstrewards website but it isn't updating newly earned points.

I have mailed this sjopstacc team they responded back saying transaction was not successful. They have forwarded the concern to specific department.

One thing I noticed in new portal that it considered my old debit card as new card and given me additional points maybe as welcome bonus. Also points earned in old portal this month is not counted in new portal. I have already earned max points this month in old portal but after upgrading to new portal i am able to earn points again in the same month and earned max points again for my tier.

And here I didn't get Welcome Bonus for my new DC in the new portal. Yesterday, I transacted above 1k with my new DC but only the regular points were credited instantly.

Click on Shop> Trending gift cards > View all> Select GV of your choice > Amount.

There it is allowing to pay with points.
