1️⃣ Update your App
2️⃣ Login to the IDFC FIRST Mobile Banking App
3️⃣ Tap on the Menu (☰) in the top left corner
4️⃣ Select "FIRST Rewards"

after this what to do? to redeem pts to gift cards. the gift cards i found, it asks to pay with card, not points. very confusing

Same happened with me today in case of flipkart voucher. Nothing worry either transaction will cancel or successful within 24 hours as per the shopsta customer care

from the net-banking, it is redirecting to old portal only and that portal is not reflecting latest transactions. so this is not useful. old portal and new portal reward points are not matching

I bought ASV today itself and redeemed it without any hassle. Might be some technical issue at your end.

Looks like they removed showing the saving account(debit card) points and only credit card is available on the redemption portal.. I redeemed points from wealth credit card but there is no option to select points from saving account(sc) which was there when OP created the post... Any idea how to redeem points in saving account(debit card)?

When I tap on "Get Code" it simply refreshes and nothing happens. No email no SMS.

Yes. It's still available but option for using debit card reward points not showing for me also. Yesterday only I had redeemed a ASV 5k denomination from debit card points.
