Yes. It's still available but option for using debit card reward points not showing for me also. Yesterday only I had redeemed a ASV 5k denomination from debit card points.

It always was devaluation

1) Earlier CC RP could have been redeemed for any amt at any voucher. Eg: 2789 rupees as an odd number was possible.

Now just fixed denominations and no Apay

2) Flight tickets redemptions are now limited to 70% of BV.

3) No convenience fee was there on flight booking. Now 300 rs Flat.

4) No more ways to track points ( Good side being instant settlement of RP... Really great, if it is actually true. Only time will say.

Already mentioned devaluation, but OP still consider this at par/better 😏

Login on computer, old reward portal is still showing there, you can redeem dc points easily as usual.

yes, but whatever the points are credited in old portal you can redeem them. In my opinion, just wait, since this is a transition phase for IDFC REWARD PORTAL give them some time all the things will align itself.

Looks like they removed showing the saving account(debit card) points and only credit card is available on the redemption portal.. I redeemed points from wealth credit card but there is no option to select points from saving account(sc) which was there when OP created the post... Any idea how to redeem points in saving account(debit card)?

In my case, New one is showing 17k points (I expect with my trxns, it should be 25k btw), and old portal is showing 2.9k points. So extra points in new portal has no bifurcation in the old portal.

problem is new portal is showing more points, old portal is showing far less points.

In my case, New one is showing 17k points (I expect with my trxns, it should be 25k btw), and old portal is showing 2.9k points. So extra points in new portal has no bifurcation in the old portal.

for me both are showing correct points though.
