Offer Fulfilled! IDFC First Rewards' best redemption options?

I have accumulated 20000 RPs in the IDFC First rewards portal by next month I will be able to redeem it. What are the best possible options for redemption?
I am only interested in e-gift card/voucher category not interested in buying any products.
I am thinking of converting it to 5000 Amazon Pay GV net profit of 4882 after 118 redemption fees.
Also, on my other 2 family accounts, I have 6000+ each account.


Any more Suggestions will be appreciated

IDFC has removed the 1K Amazon Pay GV and Shopping Voucher both Options from the Redeem Section Now max 2500 (500*5) can be redeemed at once. Same for Flipkart GV no 1K option.

Call customer service and ask them to connect rewards teams for some RP issue

I did not receive points for unipay transactions done on 26th and 27th Dec. Waiting for TAT to be over.

Also, I found that we cannot redeem multiple brand vouchers in one go. So that's mean multiple reward redemption fee charges. :/

I still did not get IDFC reward points and it has been more than 14 days for few days now. It took calling them twice and then attending one call from them to finally register a service request about it.

The request type specifically is "FIRST Rewards Manual Point Credit". ETA for this is 10 working days. Over the calls, they confirmed everytime that the transactions were eligible.

What are chances that they will investigate it and freeze my rewards account?

I have 34k points as of now.

I found flight tickets to be my saviour. Reward portal has the same rates as OTAs and Airlines. I booked a few domestic and int flights for friends and redeemed most of the points.

Sharing my redemption experience - 1. Swiggy Vouchers - I instantly received the vouchers in my email. Added to Swiggy wallet within 10mins. No issue with activation.
2. Kalyan Jewel's voucher - checked with the store team about the voucher and redeemed it. I instantly received the vouchers on my email but activation took one hour when I presented them at the payment counter. I have used 4 vouchers in a single purchase. No issue from them.

Yes, it is 0.25 for 1 point. As for the final charges, they were the same as those on the airline website(Air India Express).
It seems like booking is happening directly with the Airline, the invoices and receipts don't reference IDFC.
Only the payment is made through the IDFC channel.
