My RM sent a link for a wealth upgrade, but it mentions "onboarding process for privilege program" instead of wealth. He said the link is the same for Select, Wealth, and Private. Is this true? Can anyone confirm if the link is the same for a wealth upgrade by looking at the picture below?

IDFC is not upgrading my savings account to Wealth even after raising the concern to PNO. Also, it's been more than a month since I kept 10L+ balance in savings account.

Pno or no can't do anything in wealth upgrades. They simply forward ur case to branch.
Ur Rm or branch BM should do actual process. Either they send link if preapproved or they should manually raise a request.

not only your RM, any other branch executive can do the same. So, try if you want to.

But why not just get Select? if you get now, can use in May month itself, then in June try again for Wealth. I dont think there is cool off period but please do your own research.

I tried reaching out asking for upgrade after AMB of 10L for more than a month. Now they are mentioning the criteria is either 6 months of AMB of 10L or 3 months if you take any insurance with them 😀 Following footsteps of HDFC

Ya I know, atleast they before mentioned 3 months is fine. I just told many people got it with even maintaining for a month and he asked for their number !
