I received Upgrade offer IDFC first Wealth Credit Card to Mayura Credit Card. It's that wroth it to upgrade???

Wouldn't say its worth the upgrade.. the reward structure is the same + you would have to pay annual and joining fees(you get almost all joining fees back) whereas wealth cc is ltf.

Isn't this a good value add for someone with high forex spends?

There are certain issues also to see like the mcc in case in rent or other transactions you will be charged. This is a pain because in other countries they use pos under different Merchant categories and in there countries no such nonsense exclusion of mcc codes or rent surcharge etc. But when we Indians go for forex spends if such surcharge or rewards are not given then no point at all because there is nothing like 0 forex eyewash to customer.

it not a upgrade, idfc want you get a paid card so treat as promotional offer for new metal cc they recently launched.

I will suggest, get idfc wow fd backed cc. That will be fastest way.

You are already using idfc reward structure, and they r non-expiring rp. And you can just a small trip depended fd of small size. Just keep using and paying the bills.
