IDFC Mayura Inaugral rewards offer

Hello Guys,
I applied for the Mayura Metal card and was approved the same day on 26th aug.
I paid the joining fee (7078/-) as soon it was showing in the app.

The first bill is also generated but they havent credited the 10k rewards points yet.
Have anyone applied and received the rewards, if yes when it was credited?

Is there any other criteria for eligibility?

You are having trouble with inaugural offer. As of now further issues in card on reward points such as 5x 10x and 1x and 3x points for the spends and accelerated spends and continuously flagging on rent transactions for higher spends on foreign transactions big mess idfc is into in Mayura card. Most higher spends above 15,000inr are flagged as rent i mean 90% transactions. I am already fighting with them from surcharge reversal and gst and top of that correction of reward points and recalculate for 10x 5x and transfer again to account. After idfc grouping rent etc it's much larger issue in rewards categories

You are right, I just checked and found INR 254 charged as Utility surcharge+IGST.

All major transactions are flagged and added rent surcharge. A big rip off even I am feeling the heat I done almost 2lakhs and anything above 15k had rent surcharge flat 249 plus gst what a rip off. It's a big mess as of now.

For a forex they are charging utility and rent and what not is this even a joke I don't understand. Rewards are seriously in big mess. I would say anyone who are going to this card avoid this card even forex considering it is 0 fee.

For me the only issue has been the 3-4+ daily IDFC spam calls offering loans... Hands down, they're worse than Paisa Bazaar or thrashy sites like those, they're worse than pests.

Activated TRAI DND, IDFC DND, raised multiple requests for them to stop calling, escalated to PNO, and so on...

They don't understand what "NO" means and what "Do Not Call" mean.

Might as well do a robocalls at this point, the most annoying part is that they always mention it's a service related call then proceed to sell you products. I keep complaining and escalating this on the DND TRAI app and they keep saying it was marked a service related call.

Took a few weeks to resolve but it's too soon to tell. They might be just on weekend mode.

I was actually surprised by their android app, fairly clean, smooth, simple, easy to use. Their onboarding was okayish too, I felt there was too many unnecessary calls and communication going back and forth.

Been using the Mayura a fair bit, no issues with any unexpected charges and got all the welcome bonuses already. I've mainly been using the virtual rupay card that comes with it which I can use in GPay or use to pay via UPI.

Rent surcharge: NO!
New issue (forex transactions tokenization issue exist)
Airport pickup and drop is paid feature not free. It's best to book normal cab and go.
