IDFC New Card Application

If one applies for a New IDFC Credit Card like Mayura or Wealth (not sure if Wealth Card can applied directly online?), No existing Account or Card relationship with IDFC, how is the Application Process?
Is it CIBIL based & Instant?
Or usual Docs and Physical Verification?
What's the timeline?

They do home and office verification, varies case to case.

5-7 days Max. Sometimes more faster in case of no docs requirements or physical verification

Every time I fill my details they only show wow card any idea why?

Self employed
Monthly income > 50,000
Cibil 780
Experian 785
Past 5 consumer loan with IDFC paid on time no delay
Currently pre approved personal loan running with IDFC 9 EMI paid

Utilisation might be on higher side

1st time when I tried my utilisation was 0
2nd time 50% (I don't hold any card the utilization was of consumer durable loan)
