IDFC Select Rejection

Recently IDFC rejected my Select credit card application saying they cannot verify my existence at home location but no one has called for verification.

I have tried all escalation - PNO, RBI ombudsman but not getting any response.

Anyone face this issue? Please suggest steps for ReKYC and application reconsideration.

Just call customer care & tell them to send guy for verification..
They will share link
In which they will say as SOp to mention landmark.

They can re-start the same application..
Call now & find out ..
No need of pno & no here

I have called them but they are saying they cant send kyc person since application is closed.

They are asking me to reapply but this will initiate another cibil enquiry.

Call again & say u know

You can re - open Application after rejection within 7 days since your guy didn't came & wasn't your fault ..
Try with different customer care executive..
A sane one with knowledge will do it .
Also dm them on twitter.

I think I'm lucky removed two times.

I had to try this: the agent initially typed my name as ‘Vega Monika,’ but my Aadhar card has it as ‘Monika Vega.’ Due to this mismatch, the first application couldn’t proceed. So, the agent started a new application with the name as mentioned in my Aadhar. Unfortunately, due to their mistake, I now have inquiries for one card. When I contacted them via email, they informed me that they won’t remove the inquiries.

I don’t know what ‘Vega’ is. When I opened the account on TF, my niece was logged into the mail, and the account got opened with her name and her email. I started using it without realizing the initial error. 🙏📧

Ask @vaibhav111 .... from backend change that may 4, march 4.. so use can change the name .. @monika vega you can change mail too

I used that name as reference to explain the situation there
