See lemme tell you my story...
I got Wealth Account in May ending it was fully active by June 1st week.
I initially applied for Wealth CC was shown 4.95L Limit and the application was rejected at a later stage due to some issues.
I finally applied for the last time sept ending and was shown Select with 3L limit I took the card solely due to LTF and could come handy for Instant discounts. The application crossed deadline for approval I contacted the customer care I was told we have raised a request you'll get reply within next few days. After 3-4 days of the request it was October 1st week mostly and I got a verification call I gave all the info asked and the card was approved after few mins. Meanwhile the card approval I had asked customer care regarding Select to Wealth upgrade basis account, I was told that it's possible minimum required limit on existing card should be ₹1L. After my card approval I instantly called customer care to give this request even before the card delivery. After the request was taken within 2-3 days the Select card was delivered I spent 5k for welcome bonus and everything and was waiting for the Upgrade request decision I was told it takes 7 days to be approved or rejected. After 7 days the request was approved and I was able to see Wealth CC in app which I activated and I was told for 30/45 days the Select CC will be active post that it'll be closed. And I got Wealth CC + DF Card delivered. So here's my experience you can try calling accordingly. All my communications were through call only no mails nothing!
