IDFC sending email on Wealth downgrade, even after account closure years ago

I closed my IDFC Wealth account two years ago. Why am I still getting these emails?

I specifically requested account closure and it was closed over a year ago. I have email communication and escalation emails to PNO.

What can I do here? I simply want to ensure
A. my account is closed
B. If not closed yet, escalate to RBI BO and request penalty on the bank.

i closed my sb ac in the past, when I try to open again they are offering ac with same number. how can they renew a closed ac ?

I'm so unaware of account closure norms that I can't conclude if this is a genuine question of sarcasm 😅

Yeah but I can't let them go away with this. Is there a plausible reason for BO complaint?

I don't want too much back and forth emails. But I can do it to ensure complete account closure.
